Clinical Pilates

What is Clinical pilates?

Clinical Pilates is a form of exercise used in physiotherapy to help improve strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and coordination. It involves a series of movements performed on a mat or using specialised equipment, such as a Reformer or a Cadillac. These exercises focus on core stability, alignment, and breathing and are designed to improve how the body moves and functions.

Our classes will have at most 4 participants to allow for close supervision and individual attention. In addition, each participant will have exercises specifically tailored to their needs, goals and abilities.
