It is time you experienced individualised rehabilitation and injury prevention practices. We are ready and excited to show you the difference.
Established in 2014, Stride Physiotherapy is a team of professional movement specialists dedicated to treating the individual, not just the injury.
We are netball players, Pilates lovers, cycling fanatics, jiu-jitsu enthusiasts, AFL supporters, hikers, dancers, kayakers and runners. We love communication and aren't shy of a good dad joke. But most importantly, we are highly skilled and compassionate humans dedicated to joining you on your wellness journey.
We pride ourselves on highly personalised and individual care tailored to you and your specific needs. No two bodies are the same, and no two programs should be either. And with expertise in manual therapy, there will always be a strong hands-on component in conjunction with a movement practice to teach your body new and more optimal ways to move and function.
We are here to help you move and feel better.
